FlyCrawl operates strictly as a neutral, intermediary cloud infrastructure software for automated HTML parsing and format transformation (converting web documents to clean Markdown and structured JSON). FlyCrawl does not author, host, curate, endorse, or verify the contents of third-party websites requested by users.
In accordance with established global legal precedents including hiQ Labs v. LinkedIn (9th Cir. 2022) and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), automated access to publicly available information on the open web is fundamentally lawful. Users represent and warrant that they only request publicly accessible data and possess all required rights for their intended downstream use.
2. Trademark & Independent Brand Notice
FlyCrawl is an independent cloud extraction platform. FlyCrawl is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Firecrawl, Mendable Technologies Inc., or any other third-party trademark holders. Any comparative references to third-party technologies are made purely for factual technical benchmarking and compatibility description under nominative fair use doctrine.
3. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Activities
Users agree NOT to use FlyCrawl to:
- Attempt Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) or intentionally overwhelm target servers with malicious concurrency.
- Extract private, non-public data protected by authentication credentials, paid paywalls, or encryption without explicit authorization.
- Harvest Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for spamming, harassment, or illegal profiling.
4. User Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlyCrawl, its operators, employees, and infrastructure providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, and legal expenses arising from your use of the extracted content or any violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. Blockchain Settlement & Fair Zero-Charge Policy
All crypto top-ups (USDT, TON, TRX, BTC, ETH, SOL) and in-app wallet balances represent digital cloud extraction service vouchers. In case of failed page downloads (HTTP 4xx/5xx or target timeouts), ZERO credits are deducted and allocated quota remains in your wallet balance.
6. Non-Custodial SaaS Infrastructure & Digital Asset Lawfulness Warranty (AML)
FlyCrawl operates purely as an algorithmic, non-custodial automated SaaS cloud provider. FlyCrawl does not provide banking, financial custody, currency exchange, or money transmission services. All digital asset transfers received on-chain represent algorithmic pre-payments solely for computational server execution and network bandwidth.
User Express Warranty: By initiating any blockchain transaction (USDT, TON, TRX), the user explicitly represents, warrants, and guarantees that all transferred digital assets originate strictly from lawful, legitimate activities and are NOT derived from ransomware, darknet markets, illicit mixers, theft, phishing, or sanctioned wallets under international AML standards. Any transfer of flagged or tainted assets is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate account termination without refund.
Non-Liability: FlyCrawl disclaims all liability for the provenance or blockchain history of funds sent by users to decentralized gateway addresses.
